Is it possible that a series of upset / embarassed things happening in a week will u sort of explode?
I would write what happened down. And if you can think of something positive about it do. Sometimes if you think about something long enough it ends up seeming quite funny in the end.
If it was something very sad, talk to someone about it. That's the best you can do.
It is dangerous and unhealthy to bottle feelings up.
