Do neck tattoos hurt?

  • I have two tattoos already on my back which didn't hurt and my stomach which hurt like hell, i was thinking of getting one on my neck, do they hurt?

    You'll never know until you get it. Its different for everyone, really.

  • they hurt and it may not be the best idea....i mean, can you picture yourself at 30 with a neck tattoo? i'd suggest you opt for an area that's not so noticeable.

  • yeh they hurt the most because there are 2 main vains in your neck.


  • Even my tattooist complained about the pain when he had his neck done!

  • i got one on the back of my neck in september right on the spine. yeh it hurt a bit more than other tattoos but it wasnt agony and it was only like 15 mins
