Christians, why do you believe in Christ? How do you know that it's not Zeus or another God you're praying to?

  • I myself am a Christian but I want to know what other Christians say.


  • Because Christians believe that the Bible is the unaltered truth, and the Bible says they are praying to Jesus. Therefore, by that standard, they must be praying to Jesus.


  • I do not pray to Christ; I pray to his Father, Jehovah, as he said we should do in the Lord's prayer. (Matthew 6:9-13)

    How do I know that Jesus' father's Name was Jehovah? Luke 1:32 says: "This one will be great and will be called Son of the Most High...."

    According to the KJV of Psalm 83:18, the "Most High" is Jehovah.

    read about how God revealed himself throughout history
    do a bible study on.....I AM...... and that should tell you
    Zues, Jupeter/ japeth was a deified post flood people

  • Because the bible has proven itself to me time and time again. That I know it hasn't failed me, therefore, It says God is the one true God. His character and honor are infallable.

    I stand on what he has done, and will continue to do. I know that He is the I Am.

    and I have a realationship with him, he is my father in heaven.

  • How can a Christian ask that question. Perhaps you are in the wrong religion. Knowledge is the key seek and you shall find

  • I dont understand why an atheist became christian, i was raised into it but in being raised that way i can see both sides, youre just as closed minded as you were as an atheist.
